14 August 2014 – Resolve, the services and technology solutions business in the Imperial Holdings stable, is proud to announce that their majority-owned Microsoft business solutions company, Immix Solutions will be re-branded as Resolve Immix. As of 1 July 2014, Immix was incorporated into the Imperial Logistics Group as their strategic Microsoft consulting partner within the Resolve Group of companies. Resolve, through its acquisition of Immix’s  expertise and Microsoft accreditation, is now well-positioned  to also provide Microsoft solutions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as SharePoint.

Says Resolve Managing Director Heinrich Strauss, “the rebranding of Immix as Resolve Immix makes it part of a key strategy of Resolve’s IT offering to the market.  Resolve is now uniquely positioned to offer a set of end-to-end technology and services solutions to our clients in the transactional and customer relationship management space. The transition to the new brand will see business-as-usual for existing clients, and we look forward to extending our IT reach and offerings to a wider market, under the Resolve Immix brand.”

Immix Solutions founder and now Managing Director of Resolve Immix, Andre Pearce, welcomes joining the Resolve stable. “Immix’s success and growth over the last 14 years has enabled us to find a shareholder and partner that has much the same ethos and values but more importantly creates a win-win situation for all our stakeholders. Resolve Immix now provides a comprehensive value adding consulting layer to our existing Microsoft technology offering. We needed a partner that could complement the growing functionality and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and related technology products as we attract larger customers. We have worked with Resolve in the past and we look forward to cementing this relationship over the coming years. Added to this we have the backing of a very successful group in Imperial and Resolve that will allow us to achieve even more.”
