14 August 2014 – Resolve, the services and technology solutions business in the Imperial Holdings stable, is proud to announce that their majority-owned Microsoft business solutions company, Immix Solutions will be re-branded as Resolve Immix. As of 1 July 2014, Immix was incorporated into the Imperial Logistics Group as their strategic Microsoft consulting partner within the Resolve Group of companies. Resolve, through its acquisition of Immix’s expertise and Microsoft accreditation, is now well-positioned to also provide Microsoft solutions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as SharePoint.
