Transformation through Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and skills development is a strategic imperative for Resolve.

As an Imperial Logistics group company, we provide clients with 110% in preferential procurement recognition.

The Imperial Group has empowerment partnerships with Ukhamba, a broad based employee investment trust and Lereko Investments. Our approach to BBBEE is based on equity and ownership, management and control, employment equity, skills development, preferential procurement, enterprise and supplier development and socio-economic development. Employment initiatives include the Trainer Driver Academy, Unjani Clinics, joint venture with Acculine Somila, acquisition of 49% of Bongani Trust, and a dedicated Imperial Logistics Learning Academy.
