- Supply Chain Consultant
Strategy, design and optimisation capabilities across an integrated value chain. This includes the understanding of supply chain drivers, key success factors and leveraging advanced analytical/process modelling in order to identify improvement opportunities, or to quantify and compare complex alternative business scenarios. The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of working experience and have completed a B.Eng degree in Industrial Engineering or a B.Com in Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Consultant: Enterprise Systems
A self-motivated, self-activated person who is passionate about and has an affinity towards enabling technology solutions. The focus would be on providing technology agnostic, IT professional services to our clients. An ideal candidate would have between 4-6 years of working experience with 2+ years as ERP implementation consultant or 2+ years in supply chain technology services role.
- Project Manager – Asset Management
Establish sustainable capabilities that go beyond traditional supply chain system boundaries to utilise asset maintenance drivers to optimise stock and non-stock materials availability. A keen understanding of strategic asset management planning, asset maintenance strategies development, maintenance task planning and maintenance logistics in general is required. The rationale behind asset breakdown structures development and components / parts classification for purposes of materials requirements forecasting must be understood. Multiple variables like over-all asset condition and varying asset utilisation need to be considered. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of working experience and have completed an Engineering / maintenance management / systems development qualification at degree level.
- Supply Chain Consultant
Typical positions within Resolve - Technology
Design, develop, test and implement systems as required, using C#, HTML5, MVC, .NET (web and/or windows). Employees are required to research and implement new technologies and best practices. Ideal candidates depending on level would have at least 2 years’ experience working in a software development environment and have a B.Eng Industrial & Systems Engineering or Electrical / Electronic Engineering / B.Com Informatics / BSc Computer Science or BSc IT with Microsoft certifications.
- Business Analyst
Candidate will have 3+ years’ relevant work experience including any of the following:
Be familiar with SDLC and methodologies like Agile, KANBAN, etc.
Must be able to operate as a business (client) facing business analyst to lead into bespoke solution/component design & development, large scale implementation projects and business case development (this could include business intelligence type implementations)
Integration using base technologies or enterprise service bus type solutions
Candidates with BEng Industrial & Systems Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering and BCom Informatics (honours), BSc Computer Science, BSc IT, will be considered. Previous experience in the supply chain domain a plus.
- Test Analyst
The Test Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and executing quality assurance and control processes and test cases that verify a software conformance to defined acceptance criteria (i.e. system behaviours) and feature design documents, as well as application standards. The test analyst must assist with implementing Test Strategies and creating test plans. Testing will be both manual and automated. In addition to functional testing, the Test Analyst is responsible for quality assurance of non‐functional areas such as performance, security, installation/upgrade and sociability where applicable. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years relevant working experience depending on the level of the position, B.Eng Industrial & Systems Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or B.Com Informatics (honours), BSc Computer Science, BSc IT, SQL experience.

- Inbound Supply Chain
Working within the Inbound Supply Chain industry can be very rewarding and there are many opportunities to develop a career that comprises of experience across industries and all principles within the Supply Chain. This industry is well suited to someone who is highly motivated and has the drive and enthusiasm to make business better, in what can sometimes be a very challenging environment. The main function of the Inbound Supply Chain Industry is the sourcing of product, planning, procurement and inbound logistics of goods coming into a business.

This role requires someone who is extremely organised and can cope well under pressure. You need to have a tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Procurement and/or Logistics and Supply Chain, with 3-5 years of experience depending on level of position.
- Procurement Specialist
A Procurement specialist oversees and manages nearly every aspect of the purchasing of equipment, materials and products in a business. Their duties are diverse and can vary dramatically depending on the size and nature of the company. They are responsible for identifying and screening procurement suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions, driving improved supplier service levels and minimizing risk to the company.
We have 2 types of positions:

Typical positions in Transport Management services:
- Operations Controllers
To ensure efficient and full execution of a Client’s daily route plan, live tracking of inbound and outbound vehicles and adherence to plan.
To ensure proper escalation process is maintained, queries escalated and followed up on, drivers assisted with on route issues and that all necessary communication has been maintained with the relevant parties. The ideal candidate would have a grade 12, as well as at least 1 years’ experience in a logistics environment / vehicle expediting, customer care and / or call centre environment.
- Planning Administrators
Aligning the route plan into SAP. Ensuring that SAP planning is optimal regarding to all balances planned, correct vehicle type assigned, correct marshaling lane assigned. Continuous monitoring that all stock is planned and in the correct picking waves.
- Continuous Improvement Business Analyst
Portal Management to ensure accurate information capture, system improvement to support operational processes and general analysis for input into projects as well as the measuring and monitoring of the changes or improvements implemented. Growth opportunity into Supply Chain Analyst
To ensure cost effective daily route planning of inbound and outbound loads and measuring operational adherence to plans. Liaising with on-site operations staff to be aware of daily operational activities which may influence planning. Identifying plan improvements.
- PLATO Planners
Creating cost effective transport plans taking cognizance of the store orders, vehicle capacity available and receiving constraints across different sites and operations. Assisting to drive the tactical and operation planning competence. Focus on identifying plan improvements
- Site Controllers
Ensuring vehicles are loaded and dispatched according to the plan, highlighting vehicles with overdue pick to be completed, understanding vehicle returning and deciding on loading priorities. The ideal candidate would have a grade 12, as well as at least 1 years’ experience in a logistics environment.
